Paid every month. It keeps your system running: secure hosting and backups of your data, updates and new features, plus phone and WhatsApp support whenever something goes wrong.

Website / domain fee

Included

Paid yearly (optional). This is your own web address, e.g. yourbusiness.com, with a secure padlock certificate and business email — so customers find and trust you online.

In simple terms: you pay once to get set up, a small amount each month to keep the system working and supported, and an optional yearly fee if you also want your own website address.
