Can the software be customized?+

Yes. Every package we ship can be tailored — from custom fields and reports to entirely new modules built to your workflow.

Can it work offline?+

Our POS (Point of Sale) and several other packages include an offline mode that keeps selling when the internet drops, then syncs when it returns.

Does it support multiple branches?+

Yes. Multi-branch is built in — head office sees consolidated reports while each branch runs independently.

Can it connect to barcode scanners?+

Yes. USB and Bluetooth barcode scanners work out of the box; QR (Quick Response) codes are supported too.

Can it print receipts?+

Yes. Thermal receipt printers, A4 laser printers, kitchen printers, and label printers are all supported.

Can existing data be imported?+

Yes. We migrate customers, suppliers, products and historical transactions from Excel, CSV or your previous system.

Is training included?+

Every package includes hands-on staff training. Additional sessions and refresher training are available at any time.

Do you provide updates?+

Yes. Security patches and improvements ship regularly. Update policy depends on your plan.

Do you offer maintenance?+

Yes. Maintenance and support plans are available monthly or annually, including remote and on-site options.

Can the software grow with my business?+
